A bet is considered confirmed and non-reversible the moment bt356 sends confirmation to the user — whether via the confirmation screen or a dashboard notification. Once confirmed, the bet cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the cashout feature is available for that specific market.
Bt356 will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of published odds. However, in cases of clear technical error — such as odds that are obviously inconsistent with the global market, resulting from a system failure or incorrect data entry — bt356 reserves the right to cancel affected bets and return the staked amounts to the user's balance. The standard for determining a clear error is objective: odds that differ by more than 20% from the market value at the same moment across multiple independent sources.
If an event covered by bt356 is cancelled, suspended, or not completed within the regulatory timeframe (normally 48 hours after the scheduled start time), bets on that event will be voided and the amounts returned to the user's real balance. Bets on markets that were already settled before the event was suspended may be upheld, subject to case-by-case review by bt356's trading team.
The cashout feature lets users settle a bet before the final result of an event, receiving a value proportional to the estimated probability of success at the time of cashout. In knockout competitions — such as the Libertadores elimination rounds — cashout is calculated based on the real-time aggregate score. bt356 does not guarantee permanent cashout availability: the feature may be suspended during periods of high betting volume or technical instability.
Bt356 allows up to 20 selections in a single accumulator bet. The total odds are the combined product of all selections. If an event within an accumulator is cancelled, that selection is removed from the slip with odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections stay valid. Correlated selections from the same event cannot be included in an accumulator.
